Rosecliff Acquisition Corp I is a newly incorporated blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. We intend to focus our efforts on identifying high-growth technology and tech-enabled businesses domestically in industries that are being disrupted by advances in technology and on technology paradigms.

We plan to capitalize on our management team’s extensive investment, operational and governance experience to identify a growth-oriented target business that is under-valued relative to it’s potential. We believe that the Rosecliff platform, coupled with the collective expertise of our management team will give us a competitive advantage in pursuing a broad range of opportunities across many industries.
